Is there a lock-in contract? +
The program runs on a 12-month basis — this gives us the time to genuinely improve your garden rather than just maintain it. That said, if things aren't working out after a fair chance, we'll always find a reasonable solution.
What suburbs do you service? +
We serve Camp Hill, Holland Park West, Coorparoo, Carindale, Mount Gravatt, Wishart, Carina Heights and Mount Gravatt East. If you're nearby, get in touch — we'll let you know if we can help.
How do I know which tier is right for me? +
Fill in the form and we'll recommend the right tier based on your garden's size, current condition, and what you're looking to achieve. Most maintenance clients start on Tier 2 — The Complete Garden.
What if I'm not happy with the work? +
We return within 48 hours at no charge — no questions, no excuses. On your very first visit, if you're not satisfied, you don't pay for it at all. Your confidence is the foundation of the whole program.
Can I upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 later? +
Absolutely. Many clients start with The Handover and upgrade once they've seen how we work. We'll make the transition seamless with no disruption to your schedule.
What's included in the Garden Health Audit? +
On your first visit, we photograph and document the current state of your garden — plants, lawn, beds, soil conditions and any concerns. This becomes the baseline we use to track improvement over time and plan seasonal work.
